Why do I get the message "Invalid username or password" when I try to login?
If this message appears when you try to login to your account, it means that you have typed in your username and/or password incorrectly. Make sure that you have the correct username and password. Also, check that the ‘Caps Lock’ isn’t on, as the username and password are case sensitive.
If you continue to have problems, click the ‘Forgot Your Password’ button to retrieve your password.

How do I track my earnings?
The Q affiliate program is managed by an online management solution “iDev Affiliate” where affiliates can track their earnings. Login to the program to see your earnings.
Where can I get banners?
Once you have logged into the Q Affiliate website, you will be able to find all the banners and promotional text that you need in the ‘Marketing Materials’ section.
Where do I see my traffic stats?
Log into the website, and click the ‘Traffic Log’ tab.
Where can I change my password?
Log into the website, choose the ‘My Account’ section, and then click ‘Change My Password’ on the drop down menu.
Where do I update my contact information?
Log into the website, choose the ‘My Account’ section, and then click ‘Edit My Account’ on the drop down menu.

What methods of payment do you use?
The Q affiliate program pays its affiliates with a bank transfer.
How frequently do I get paid?
You will receive payments at the end of every quarter - or every time that your profits reach $500. Payment day is up to the 15th of the relevant month
What currencies can I receive my money in?
The Q affiliate program pays its affiliates in US Dollars.
